I am inspired by my mother. She first showed me what an empowered woman looks like.

Today, let me give pride to the woman who has inspired me most ever since I was a child. My mother, who served as my solid ground, my strong pillar, the one I could always lean on. Despite every misfortune we've been through, she remained strong, she remained reliable, she never faltered. She taught me that it's okay to be scared, because it means I'm about to do something brave.

I pick my mom

Her love, resilience, and dedication to our family inspire me every day. I aspire to live with the same courage, care, and grace she shows in everything she does.

The woman who inspires me to become the better version of myself is my mother. She has the kindest and loveliest soul for me, and I'll succeed in life so I can give her the life she deserves.

The female figures who inspire me to thrive in life and achieve my goals are my grandmother and aunt. I grew up without a mother, and they were the only ones who stepped up to treat me as their own daughter and made me feel loved.

The woman who inspire me in this field is my female instructor way back in METC. She is the pioneer female who graduated in METC and is still teaching up until today.
Wayback when I was still hesitant to continue this field, I happen to saw her walking through the campus wearing her uniform with an epaulet. I took it as a sign and ask her guidance, I asked a guidance from a total stranger, who did not know me and whom I did not know. And from there, the pursuance of this maritime career started.

They say a mother’s love is unconditional, and my mom is the most inspiring, kind, and strong person I know. Despite the many years she has spent as an OFW and the current regional tensions, she always greets our calls with a smile to ensure we don't worry. Her ability to remain confident and independent while living in Abu Dhabi is a true testament to her character.

They say that women has always been the strong ones of the world. The person who inspired me the most would be my mother as she has shaped me to who I am today. She serves as my pillar and source of strength. Aside from her, my 3 sisters also serve as my inspiration to continue striving for the best. Even though I am away from home, I can feel the support and encouragement they have for me. I also consider all the mentors and teachers I have, particularly my grade 10 adviser, Ma'am Vee whom I cherish and considered my 2nd parent. Her immense guidance, support, and motherly love for students really impacted my life as a woman. She guided me to push myself to strive for the best in all ways.

I choose my mother because she is my greatest inspiration. She shows her strength through the way she cares for us. She gives up so much of her own time for my future. I am thankful for her constant support and kindness. She is the foundation of everything I do. My mother is the person I admire the most.
